Rust Remodeled: ROBERT LOGAN

Robert Logan's "Open Apparatus (Hornets Remix)" is the first cut on the RUST REMODELED album as well as the first I will feature over the coming weeks. When I first proposed the idea of a remix album to @raabcodec I mentioned Robert as a possible contributor before I'd even contacted him. Not because I was 100% certain he'd do it but because I'd grown so fond of his work I really wanted him to remix a track of mine. Fortunately Robert agreed and he did not disappoint!!! The original track is over 14 minutes long. I'd have been happy if Robert submitted a 14 second remix or a 28 minute one. But his Hornets remix is perfect and reflects his style and approach to music. Frenetic, glitchy, organically chaotic with elements of his classical background in evidence. I love what he did with it and how he made it his own.
